This week gets even better for the Bisons, with Jason Bay joining the Bisons in Pawtucket on an injury rehab assignment.
In tonights game, which the Bisons won 8-2, Bay went 1-4, with two strikeouts and a hit, while playing the stupidest position in all of baseball, the designated hitter.
Jason Bay is a three time All-Star in the major leagues, representing the National League twice with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and once with the Boston Red Sox, which, incidently, is the team he made his debut of this stint against, the Pawtucket Red Sox, the Triple A affilate of rht Boston Red Sox.
So, Buffalo, what is my point here. Enjoy this opportunity to see Jason Bay live, and get yourself Downtown to Coca Cola Field, and watch a great ballplayer perform.
The Bisons return home for an eight game homestead, four against the Toledo Mud Hens, and four against the Charlotte Knights.
